Anwendung der Premium Skin Icing Methode
1. Öffnen Sie den Silikonball
2. Füllen Sie einen Messstrich Ice-Essential in die untere Hälfte
3. Schließen Sie den Ice-Ball und setzen den Trichter in die Ballöffnung ein
4. Befüllen Sie den Ball mit Wasser bis zur Markierung und stellen ihn für ca. 6h aufrecht in Ihren Gefrierschrank
5. Gesicht reinigen

A facial massage will help your muscles relax. Every morning you massage your face, neck and décolleté in circular movements for 30-40 seconds with the "Ice your skin ice ball". Always slide outwards from the center of your face. This is how your day starts with new, invigorating freshness!
You fill one measuring mark (corresponds to approx. 12 ml) of the Wake-up call Ice Essential into your ball, fill the rest up to the mark with water and freeze the ball.
Every morning you massage your face, neck and décolleté in circular movements for 30-40 seconds with the "Ice your skin ice ball".
