Delivery is to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia , Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus
Customs-related exceptions within the EU:
- France: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Franz.-Guyana, Saint Martin, Mayotte
- Greece: Mount Athos
- Spain: Canary Islands
Shipping costs (including VAT)
- Germany: free shipping
- Europe: €13.90
- International: 26,90€
The shipping costs and VAT depend on where you live and are therefore initially displayed in the shopping cart as flat-rate estimates. During the purchase process, these values are updated and finally displayed in the totals overview.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our shipping times may vary. Once your order is received, it usually takes 1-3 days for the mail order company to process it.
Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
From the moment the package is ready for shipment and you receive the shipping confirmation via email, you can count on your package as follows:
